RACING BOATS

The Bolt37 project was created to bring the excitement and adrenaline of Grand Prix racing to worldwide handicap systems with relatively low operating budgets.

Ker Design, responsible for design and engineering, used CFD simulations to create a yacht that would perform best under desired wind conditions. The yacht was designed ahead of its time with a modern deck and equipment design.

As CSC Composites, we brought the Bolt37 project to life relatively quickly according to industry standards. We completed all necessary molds and the production of three yachts within 12 months and delivered them to our clients. Later, we exported the 5th Bolt37 to San Diego, USA. Named Valkyrie, this yacht achieved great success in major races on the US West Coast.
