Marc Lombard 46 – Pata Negra 2016

Pata Negra was designed and built for experienced offshore racing sailor Giles Redpath from the UK.

After its delivery in 2016, Pata Negra entered an intense period of racing and cruising. Within four years, it crossed the Atlantic Ocean a total of eight times. As a yacht built in Turkey, it achieved some of the best results ever recorded in the most challenging offshore races.

It has broken numerous class records. For example, in the 1,900-nautical-mile Round Britain and Ireland Race, it not only achieved the best time among yachts of its size but also set a new overall race record. It secured first place in both its class and the overall ranking.
